[CHASSELAY 2023] Hommage émouvant et réussi aux Tirailleurs Africains au Tata de Chasselay (69) ce 11 novembre 2023 (photos-Vidéos)

Comme chaque 11 novembre depuis de nombreuses années l’APAL (Les Amis de la Présence Africaine à Lyon) membre du collectif Africa 50 a organisé un hommage aux 188 Tirailleurs Africains appelés communément « Tirailleurs Sénégalais « massacrés par les soldats allemands lors des combats les 19 et 20 juin 1940 à Chasselay (69) et alentour.

Cet hommage s’est déroulé en plusieurs étapes, la première au cimetière communale où le le Maire de Chasselay a lu le discours des armées au sujet de l’armistice du 11 novembre 1918 mettant fin à la première guerre mondiale. D’autres discours ont ponctué cette étape ainsi que le dépôt des gerbes.
